Which cookies and trackers we use on esic.fr, for what purpose, and how you stay in control. No non-essential cookie is set without your prior consent.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a site. Depending on the case, it can make the site work, measure its audience or tailor advertising. Some cookies are set by ESIC, others by third-party services (Google, Meta, Brevo).
How do we obtain your consent?
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all (just as easily as accepting) or choose by category. Until you have given your consent, only strictly necessary cookies are active: no analytics or advertising tracker is loaded. Your choice is kept for six months, after which you are asked again.

Analytics
Traffic statistics that help us understand how the site is used and improve it. Set only with your consent.
- Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _ga_*): traffic and navigation paths, typical duration 13 months.
- Brevo (cookie sib_cuid): analytics and email relationship management, typical duration 6 months.
- Brevo Conversations (chat): live chat widget, set only with your consent; lets you contact us and keeps the conversation thread.
Advertising and social media
Measurement of our campaigns and social sharing features. Set only with your consent.
- Google Ads (cookie _gcl_au) and Google Tag Manager: advertising conversion tracking, typical duration 90 days.
- Meta Pixel (cookie _fbp): measurement and advertising audiences for Facebook and Instagram, typical duration 90 days.
Change or withdraw your choice
You can change your mind at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting: each category can be re-enabled or disabled.
This setting is also available at any time via the « Manage cookies » link at the bottom of the page. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies; some features of the site may then no longer work properly. For Google Analytics, the opt-out extension is available.
