What a skills assessment is for
A skills assessment helps you analyze your professional and personal skills, your aptitudes and your motivations, in order to build a development plan or confirm a training project. It often supports a transition: a change of role, a career change, a return to work. The process is confidential, whatever your age, status or level of education.
How it works
The process runs in three phases, whose length is tailored to your needs, plus a follow-up review:
- Preliminary phase (about 2 hours): confirm your commitment, assess your needs and present the method.
- Investigation phase (16 to 18 hours): explore your motivations and interests, identify your skills and aptitudes, and map out your options for growth.
- Conclusion phase (2 to 4 hours): review the results, confirm your plan and set out its next steps. You receive a written summary.
- Six-month follow-up: a review of how your plan is progressing, with any corrective steps if needed.
Practical details
- Who it's for: jobseekers, young people aged 16 to 29, employees and individuals.
- Prerequisites: none. For remote sessions, a computer, a stable connection and an up-to-date browser are all you need.
- Format: one-to-one sessions of about 2 hours, held remotely via Teams or Zoom, spread over 2 to 3 months.
- Price: from €1,600 to €2,400 excl. tax, depending on the level of support.
- Time to start: around two weeks.

Good to know. A skills assessment does not award a diploma: it results in a summary, co-written with you, that documents the process and clarifies your plan.
